I want my car back

<p>May I had a car incident, I call the insurance the had my car towed to a storage .late June I found out that my claim was rejected and I understood that but now I want my car back from the storage insurance did not pay it's more than 3 weeks everytime I called I get a different representive the lady Naledi that I started the process with she is no where to be found, now I really waneed my car sap nothing more.
