I requested an insurance qoute from IWIZE the best next thing , they sign me up. I don’t understand. I only wanted a quote as I bought my son a car, and I was shopping around for a better price. After finding out that they gave me a contract, I had to call them to cancel it. After I cancelled the insurance, I find out that my name is at the credit bureau saying that I owe R3000. When I asked them to remove my name, they send me a cancellation letter that doesn’t say anything. Now my name is at the credit bureau’s website and I keep on asking them to remove my name but they don’t want. This is a breach and I can’t even get a good credit score because they are under the impression that I owe them but I didn’t take an insurance policy with them. Insurance companies are so dishonest.
