I regret taking insurance with iYWZE and Pineapple. Treated me their client like a ********!!!!

My phone got ****** now they are asking me all sorts of questions that were never asked when i started insuring the phone? ok i gave them pictures of the box, proof of purchase and all that. then they ask if my phone was refurbished or not, now they are asking for cell phone records and all the things that have nothing to do with this basically acting in bad faith. I sent them the apple notification of where my phone was last seen and the **** texts that the person who stole the phone keeps sending to my texts that have a link. Instead of investigating the real ******* they are busy asking for ridiculous things. things that were not asked when they took me as a client. BE WARNED this company doesnt have clients interest at heart. they love taking our money then make you a ******** for claiming Pineapple and iWyze dont act in good faith
