I regret taking insurance with iYWZE

I'm grossly disappointed by the service I receiving from iWYE regarding my claim. A month later i'm still waiting. yet when I took the policy the Lead time that was promised is nowhere close to this horrible experience that is costing my life. This company is fast to deduct money from my bank account even now they continue to deduct and always on time. but cannot be on time to answering the phones and getting back to me their client.

I'm referring this case to the Ombudsman. my case number is ***. I have been dealing with Sicelo Maseko who has never bothered to return my emails or calls and the superiors also that I requested a called back from have not called me. I regret taking insurance with this company.
