I regret covering my car with this insurance 😫

My claim was rejected because I did not keep the correct distance between the person who stopped their car after a hump on a morning traffic I gave them all the details they asked of me and the other driver confirmed that the mistake is theirs but they still refused to fix my car now now they I have to pay R83k from my pockets to fix it. I don't understand maybe we should start getting driving lessons from them so that we can drive how they want us to or they should send their people to drive in front of us so that we can keep the distance they want on a traffic jam, I mean even on the high way you keep a safe distance everybody just comes in front of you can cut you off now you have to wait for everyone to in front of me so that I can keep a safe distance. Where can I get a review of my rejected claim plus they took forever to even locate my car or assist
