I recently bought car insurance

I recently bought car insurance. I installed an aftermarket exhaust system which they classified as an performance enhancement. After hearing i installed it they informed me my insurance will be cancelled. I was very unhappy as i did not know this will happen. They then said they are cancelling the insurance and my debit order. Already under stress because of this i had to find a new insurance. In the beginning of the month they took the premium again. When I called to find out what happened they informed the policy was never canceled they made a mistake but the premium will only be paid back after 7-14 working days now i am under even more stress as the new insurance also expects payment. So i have to struggle to make plans for payment because they made a mistake.
