I put a claim on buildings on the 19th December, till now the claim has not been given it's full attention. I've been transferred from dept to dept. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO FOLLOW UP TO DATE. TELEPHONE CALLS AND TIME IS VERY EXPENSIVE. I have lodged a claim after over ten years on Buildings , I had a no claim bonus and excess wavier, it was removed without my knowledge, yet on my car it existed. One only realized this when a claim is lodged. In my OPINION WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. CONSULTANTS NEED MORE TRAINING AND NOT KNOWLEDGE IN THE PORTFOLIO THEY ARE IN. Very disappointing.
