I phoned company on 20/10 to get confirmation that my cash back bonus which I knew was due on 30/11/2023...I was told it was canceled much to my horror! I had to follow up on numerous occasions...sent emails, lodged complaint on the app..endless follow up but still no answers...Frustrated I called again on 22/11...I spoke to consultant, Shireen (sorry didn't get surname) but she offered apology for the delay, investigated the situation, even called me back..and resolved my query. I'm finally assured that no claim bonus will be paid.
