I need my car back

It's been over a month now been involved in an accident and my insurance I wyze towed my car to be fixed..even today I don't have any updates on my car i dont even know where my car is at.you get to call them you are been sent from pillar to post with no answers and mind you airtime is very expensive.I need I wyze to communicate with their customers and give us updates on the prosecess don't leave us in a cold without any information
