Today you lost a client for life... We had hail damage in klerksdorp like never seen before.. From the moment we liad the claim there was only problems and delays and excuses all over we had to live more than 4 weeks without any ceilings without a kitchen without a bedroom.. Getting wet and cold night by night as the rain kept on coming.. You send you assessor and the later valuer we had the feeling the whole time that the process was being rushed and time for us was not essential.. But there was ample time when it came to the claim that took ages we have been trusting old mutual for year only ringing your praises for years.. How wrong could we have been.. Your a disgrace of a company and you blatantly *****ed me over your valuer that came sung his own praises and told me how good he is from the moment he arived in my yard i dont know why?? He blatantly ignored me when i told him we had no alarm system on our property and he did not eve mesure my swiming pool nor ask the depht or anything just put 15 000 for a alarm system that there isn't even and 100000 for a 3meter wide 1METER DEEP splash pool he told me a brick in sandton cost the same as a brick in wolmranstad thats absolutely a lie!! Our property value has gone from 2.6 million to 8.4milion after the claim and we had 450 thousand Rand damage and they only wil pay 30% of our claim after years of loyalty to them almost never never claiming anything.. We were pushed into a corner and had to sign for the 30% of our claim as we were in a position were we could loose everything we had to dig into our business reserves and had to just make te property livable and we told the the situation and that we could nit wait 3months for a complaint to be logged and we have salliries to pay people to feed we have allready dug deep into our pockets becuase of a half million los in property.. We will be going to a independent assesor and independent valuer and then a independent ombudsman..
