I made a claim for cellphone on the 20th April it was approved on the 3rd of June I am still waiting for a payout todate. Its has taken too long. Right now I am unable to complete my car accident of the 18th June as I can not be contacted on my registered contact number since I don't have a phone. I am even afraid my allowed 30 days time will lups before I complete this claim (***).
