I have done quote for life cover for myself and my husband... Iwyze / Old Mutual said they will email policy documents in 48 hrs... did not happen.. i have phoned them and asked that they send my policy docs and my husband to my email and they said they need consent from my husband so they can send me the docs... when i did the quote the 1st time they said it will not be a problem to send my husband's policy docs to my email as well... now they want his consent... i have asked that they must cancel the policies and the debit order... and now it is a problem... they must get my husband consent... the agents are not very helpful as well... this is bad service from the start... i have spoken to them from the start, and they said that it is not a problem to send my husband and my policy docs to my email... now it is a problem because they need consent from my husband... why did they not say so from the beginning... now they need my husband consent to cancel the debit order for his policy on his name... this is bad adverti*****t and very bad client service as what they say over the phone and what actually happens is not the same
