I enquired about vehicle insurance, I accepted the quote but when I received the policy documents I was unhappy with additional excesses. I cancelled within 2 days of accepting the quote. Cover was meant to commence on 25 October, as per the consultant that sold me the policy. I was debited the day I cancelled the policy, I reversed the debit but Iwyze sent a registered mandate to my bank to debit my account. They have advised the issue has been resolved, I have had to incur additional bank charges because of their incompetence
