I DON’T RECOMMEND iwyze insurance TO ANYBODY, NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES

I hit a *** 12 days ago on a Saturday (20/4) early evening. I immediately called this company for roadside assistance only to be told that the system is closed for maintenance try again on Monday morning 8am - NO ALTERNATIVE EMERGENCY NUMBER, which meant ALL their customers that were in danger next to road for that period had to fend for themselves, simple. Anyway, besides that, like I mentioned, the accident occurred 12 days ago and I have still not received my rental, which I pay for…this so-called insurance company has the audacity to tell me to contact them, which after 2hrs I have still not been able to do…they’ve got more bots than humans working for them…RIDICULOUS !!!! On the Monday after the accident, I was told my rental would be ready by 11am - 10 days later I’m still stranded as I type and my vehicle is my main source of income, so they’re going to have a hefty financial loss claim coming from me…
