I canceled my short time insurance because i got a less one, i send them emails asking them to cancel on 28 February 2023 they wrote me a incorrect date of 16 February 2023 which is not our agreement. the new insurance is start on 01March 2023, they debited me R991 which is ********** on my site. i have proof of email.
