I called iWYZE to amend some information on my policy, as it was incomplete and some incorrect. My first call ended unexpectedly however I managed to call again and was assisted by Madonna Seraga. She was very patient, listened attentively and verified everything before moving forward. She also explained everything as we moved forward. I am happy with the customer service I received.
