I am very disappointed in Old Mutual Insure/iWyze

I am very disappointed in Old Mutual Insure/iWyze. I have my vehicle insured with them and I logged an incident I had with my vehicle ,the vehicle has been sitting at the repairer(Renew-it Revonia) since 20 May no work has been done to it because Iwyze only approved half of additionals(parts) and the panel beater advised me they wont commence with the repair until all the additionals have been authorized i'm now caught in between Iwyze and panel beater as a customer whenever i call Iwyze to find out what's happening i'm always told my Assessor is not available i'm tired of calling them now
