I am still waiting for my refund from IWYZE

I called IWYZE to inform the consultant that I want my policy which is for my car to be effective on the 30th of March. What happened they debited my money on the date we did not agree on. I called them on the 3rd of March to ask for the refund, the consultant promised me that I will be refunded within 5 working days. I called again yesterday it was the 7th of March I haven't been refunded then I was told that I have to wait for another 5 working days which is hard to believe now because they said on my first attempt my refund wasn't logged. It is hard to believe now because I don't know if I will still be refunded because they debited my money on the date we didn't agree on
