I am dumbstruck at the service!!!!!

If there was a 0 I would have said 0 to service.

I had an accident beginning of December and requested a call back twice, promised a call back within 48 hours, this is 2 weeks ago. I registered my claim eventually on the website and was sent an sms with my claim number and a week later still no contact from the claims department.

I even received a call from the TP’s Loss adjuster today confirming how the accident happend and till today I don't even know what is going on with my claim with my insurance, I don’t even know what the cost is of the damages on my car……

This is my first claim in my life, never missed a payment but this is the service I receive, being in customer service myself, I am dumbstruck at the service.
