i am being taken to court for your incompetence

It is past midnight and I am battling to sleep because I am being taken to court over a car accident that happened in 2012. Even in 2012 it was an uphill battle to get my car repaired and even when I changed cars I stayed with your company hoping that that matter would be resolved. I was in an accident involving another vehicle and I WAS REASSURED THAT I HAD 3RD PARTY COVER. The other motorist has not had her car repaired and is now taking up legal actions against me. I am not having a good pregnancy and this is just stressing me out even further. I have on numerous occasions tried contacting the relevant people from your company but no one ever gets back to me. From 2012 I now understand this other motorists frustration and unfortunately I do not have that kind of money to pay. Somebody who knows what went wrong please contact me, I too made an error of not following up and trusting you.
