Humiliated ???

I have had a terrible experience dealing with iwyze ?. I submitted a claim in January they took their time to start wth the process,fine they authorized after a some time . They sent me an authorization letter with an incorrect excess amount!?? I called in on the very same day to query and rectify the amount, the person I spoke to promised to rectify an send a new authorization which he never did .to my surprise and embarrassed when I got to the panel beater I was told to pay that ridiculous excess amount. I was so ****ed and embarrassed, a lot of time got wasted while I was waiting nmaking calls! Sending copies it was such a chaos. I’m totally disappointed and dissatisfied with your service. I wouldn’t recommend you to any one ???????
