Humilation at its best
I had a puncture at 7am after dropping my child at school and I called old mutual iwyze for road assistance.I have been stranded on the road for more than 40 minutes now as they told me that they cannot pickup my car on their system yet this is not my first claim with them.They said tow truck will come tow my car and driver drop.me off at the taxi rank.I am wearing my pyjamas, sleepers at this time.I want to see that happening as I have been with iwyze for morethan 6 years now that I am definitly cancelling it as they do not what the meaning of emegency is and humiliating their clients.How do you drop of a client at the taxi rank with pyjamas, sleepers, doek yet I never missed even a single payment or premium

To me your emergency services are only available after 8am.
