house hold content claim

what a pathetic company. i curse the day i signed up with them. iv been trying to claim for house hold content since 09/11/21 since i had a power surge. as far as i know i took out comprehensive cover, but now I'm being told that they need to listen tape to make sure that they offered me accidental damage. and when you follow up you hold for 20-30 minutes the to be told they are waiting for tapes. even the incompetency at the post office is better than these people.
