horrible TAT , Horrible service

You debit my account even if the car has been written off months ago how ******* is that? Your service is horrible , for me to get feedback i need to complain first. Your call center is never available , your claims process takes forever and this is definitely not what i was promised when i took the cover. taking premiums you are always on time, even taking monies that do not belong to you. i want my refund ASAP , i want my payout before i leave you guys - no more !
