Horrible service yerrr
What a poor service I got from Iwyze as a 3rd party 🤬 on the 31 May 2025. A drunk lady bumped on my car and while I was waiting for her to my a uturn so I can find parking for myself. The car got damaged and Iwyze only offered 16000 out of 63000 that was quoted from the panelbeter now they are even delaying to pay that amount with a useless Senior Negotiator: Uninsured Liabilities Teboho Nkambule from Quest Claim Solutions.

28 Jul 2025, 14:55Teboho has been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. There has been zero communication regarding settlement offer , no urgency, and no accountability. I am shocked that a company like Iwyze, which claims to care about customers, would allow such negligence and poor service to continue unchecked.
