Horrible service from Iwyze

I called to cancel my insurance on the 30th September as Iwyze was overcharging me. They told me they would give me a refund after deducting a fee within 7-14 days and that's never happened. I called back today and got through to Jezreal, the guy puts me on hold to check my query and drops the call after a minute. These guys have no regard for how they treat customers and don't value people's time and money as long ad they're making money of you. Absolutely horrible service.
