Horrible service

I regret the day i took out Car insurance with Iwyze, quick and effective in monthly debit but encounter a problem you move from pillor to post. Yesterday i found my sunroof glass broken,followed procedure and called iwyze at 12:57 (listen to call records you claim to record) was then told i will get an sms and email to send thru information from the police i reported the matter. I haven't received anything nor do i know what to do and for how long will i be stuck with this problem. It is cloudy and might rain and for safety i am seating with an exposed sunroof cover which will get damaged should it rain or my car be broken into. I then received a call at 14:36 and trucaller said "mutual insurance " i kept sating hello while 2 *********** ladies kept talking and going on about the person topic until it got hanged up. I regret now switching to Miway when they potched me offering same premium which was even including car hire, and my damn self decided to give iwyze an opportunity to cover me. Claiming is a nightmare even being quick and effective is non existent. I am busy getting glasses falling ontop and scratching me and the interior.
