Horrible service by Iwyze Insurence

Fellow South Africans I have read reviews on this page about iwyze and the pattern of bad reviews are from black people and good reviews are from white people. My experience with Iwyze on my first claim makes me to believe that we as black people are treated/taken as ********** than customers. I had an accident on 08/08/2022 of which my claim was logged with Pineapple and had to fight to get help eventually after a week it was given to another person from Iwyze. They requested all the necessary information and given to them immediately and to my surprise a few days later they requested my bank statement which I gave them. Then had to call every day to request feedback and if that was not enough just this week they requested my credit card statement which I gave them and still, I don't know where my claim stands. Sometimes I ask myself how will my family be treated if I was killed/hijacked by this incident. I now understand the frustration of the family that took the dead body to Old Mutual offices.
