Horrible service

Horrible service, how can a windscreen replacement take over 2 weeks? Iwyze together with glass fit are both useless. I am being pushed from pillar to post, I have to travel during the Easter weekend with the broken windscreen. Why do we pay for insurance if we are not going to get assistance when we need it ?
