Horrible Service

I should have checked the reviews on Hello Peter before subscribing to Old Mutual Iwyze!!!! My vehicle was bumped in December and submitted a claim with Iwyze, I submitted everything little document requested, without feedback, I then decided to call, yoooooh the worst service I ever received, every time there's something new, today they requested the Accident Report Number which I had already submitted looong time ago, and the excuse was that, "it was noticed by management that it's not included on my claim", now what does this say about the consultant working on my claim? not only the AR number but also the name of the passenger and the traffic police number!!! Shouldn't all of this been done way back? I was referred by a friend but she is disappointed of my feedback and starting to reconsider her decision, please help.
