Horrible iWyze

I have had the most appalling service from Old Mutual iWyze insurance whilst trying to cancel a policy I have with them.

When I call them as soon as they hear that I want to cancel a policy their attitude changes and they transfer me saying "this is the wrong department". I eventually found the correct number to call which only goes to voicemail. Attempts to reach them via email have also proved fruitless, I just get automatic responses.

iWyze needs to train their consultants better and improve their online channels which are equally useless.
