Horrible insurance

I was involved in an accident. It was a minor bumb and I was told my car would be fixed within 5 days. After 2 weeks with no feedback I called the insurer and was told that my car would be written off. I tried to fight it but no1 was assisting, i asked to be given preference to buy back my car as I was sure I was ****med. I still had items in my car plus my car tracker. When I asked to remove the tracker that I'm still paying for i was informed the car was sold. I have escalated this to their complaints department and was never given feedback and escalated this to the ombudsman. I want my car tracker back
