Horrible customer service from iwyze

I wrote to hello Peter on 27 January 2021 about bad service from iwyze. In 28 a consultant by the name of Nthabiseng called me and wanted to hear my side of the story. She said she will listen to the recordings and get back to me before the end of the day. To date she hasn't gotten back to me and no one from iwyze called. She didn't even give me a reference number. Yet they are quick to send you text that they will deduct the premium soon. Horrible customer service from iwyze. I need a new insurance company.
