Horrible Customer Service

My property got damaged due to burglary. Roof tiles removed, ceiling, closet and alarm system destroyed. I lodged a claimed with iWYZE and requested emergency repairs for the roof as it is raining and the ceiling is getting more damaged because of water. A week later I haven’t been contacted and no assessor came. I had to pay for the alarm to be repaired from my own pocket as this was a security concern. I have been calling and emailing but no one giving me any hope. I had to climb the roof and lay the tiles on my own to prevent further damage from happening. I’m not a professional and the water is still pouring in when it rains. IWYZE is just useless and knows nothing about customer service. I’ve been paying premiums for over 7 years and now that i am claiming, I’m being showed a middle finger. IWYZE is a ****.

Good day Mr. Mokgalaka,

We sincerely regret the distress and frustration you’ve experienced during this challenging time. Your concerns are deeply concerning, and we apologize for the lack of timely assistance and communication regarding your claim. We understand the urgency of the situation, especially with the damage to your roof and the additional strain caused by the rain. It is unacceptable that you had to take matters into your own hands and incur out-of-pocket expenses for the alarm system repair.

Your feedback highlights areas where we have fallen short, and we are committed to addressing this matter urgently. We will escalate your claim to the relevant team to ensure immediate action is taken. Additionally, we will investigate why there was a delay in contacting you and why no assessor was dispatched.

Regards,
The iWYZE Team

You’re even insulting me worse. I have been contacted by your service provider who will only come on Tuesday next week. That is like six days from now and I’ve been waiting for the whole week. You’re so pathetic and extremely unprofessional. You’re going to respond to emergency repairs after 14 days? Just leave it and I will pay everything from my pocket and report the matter to the FSCA

It’s been two weeks since the assessor came to my house for assessment and took the pictures. After that it has been silence. Now I received a call from another assessor who wants to make an appointment to come assess the damage and to take pictures.

What kind of incompetence is this?
