HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am appalled that when I called iWYZE for a quote on my vehicle, an agent answered the call and said absolutely nothing for 5 minutes!!! No greeting, they just picked up the phone and wasted my airtime. Clearly they don't care about their potential clients because I could hear people laughing in the background instead of talking and assisting me with a quote for a new vehicle I am buying. I guess they just don't want business. I'm disgusted.
