HORRIBLE AND *********** SERVICE AT CLAIM STAGE

I was hijacked, kidnapped and ****** on 30 December 2023. I have not received any correspondence whatsoever from Iwyze. I called the contact centre enquiring about the progress of the claim and I was told that the claim is with a senior assessor. I enquired about the details of the assessor and I was told they do not have those details. I then requested to be called back. To date I still haven't been called back or know any details of the claim and where the matter is.
