This is a expression of praise to Marcia Mohlala for exceptional service rendered to us. Last night she welcomed my mother to the Iwyze life family with such humility and care. There were so many errors on the policy and she politely offered assistance with an instant. I have just printed the policy document for file keeping and I must commend her courtesy. She is really an asset to Old Mutual, she deserves a standing ovation. Also received confirmation that HIV results were received and captured after so many weeks of sending emails with no replies.
