Hideous ********** service

I am so disgusted in the pathetic service I am receiving. Till to day I have not received any feedback after sending numerous emails and calling as well. I have been sold LIES. selling US LIES SAYING WHAT GREAT SERVICES YOU PROVIDE WELL ITS DISGUSTING SERVICE ..POOR ..SERVICE!!! Logged a complaint nothing!!cant really get through cause they forever experiencing high call volumes probably people complaining about the bad service.My claims assessor Ivan Fourie handled my claim poorly ,furthermore the team leader Faizel Erentzen although he handled my complaint with care at some point ,but does not respond to my emails nor provides me with feedback or does courtesy calls. Alqueda is even worse, the worst customer care team leader you could ever ask for and had the nerve to intimidate me by asking me irrelevant questions . Its been just over a month now and guess what my money was deducted on time that the only thing you guys are good at is taking peoples money. I am very unhappy about this.
