Help me Understand

iWYZE isnurance is just being impossible at this point. I have on my car I'm tring to claim after being claim free for years and never missing a premium. I called Iwyze hysterically crying looking for some empathy I was helped by Nonhlanla Ndlovhu who let me know that I don't qualify to claim due to unpaid debts that by the way are unrelated to my insurance. Please make me understand this. I'm desperate to get my car fixed.
