Grossly *********** and terrible service. Evasive. Never want to pay

These people keep insisting that the damage to my vehicle is not major and that I should pay for it myself based on photos I sent them and are refusing to assess the vehicle in person and yet my private assessors tell a different story. This insurer is the worst.
