Great Service, Slightly Slow Email Response

I was assisted by Comfort Hlungwani on my claim, and I would rate him 4.5/5. He worked really hard to get everything sorted. The only aspect I was dissatisfied with was the slow response to emails, I had to call in a few times to get a reply. However, once he attended to the emails, he was very effective.
