Great Service Old Mutual Iwyze: Thabo Ungerer

Over the festive season I was involved in an unfortunate accident. To be honest I was dreading the thought of having to deal with insurance companies due to the stigma linked to poor service and lengthy turn around times.

That was not the case at all with Iwyze let alone my engagement with Thabo, who had a sense of genuine customer centricity continuously updating me on the status of the claim and being transparent throughout the process. My claim approval took place in record time which I was not expecting.

At the end of the day business's are made by the people who serve their customers and I'd like to commend Thabo on how he managed me and my overall claim.

As a result I am a very happy customer and I wont be switching to any other insurance company for what its worth as a result of my experience with Thabo and Iwyze.
