Great Service

<p>iWYZE has really changed my bad perceptions about insurance companies. Sometime in July someone drove into my car and i called iWYZE the same day to report the accident, i was assisted by a very professional, kind, great customer service s****s and humble guy by the name of Asanda Banoyi. This man processed my claim and kepy me in the loop through out their investigations. There is nothing frustrating than to receive no feedback or update from your insurance company, but Mr Banoyi made sure that i received updates on a regular basis. As soon as my car was taken in for repairs he made sure that i receive a courtecy car as soon as possible so i couldnt be stranded, so basically he made sure that i am not inconvinienced whatsoever. I'd like to thank him for the manner in which he handled my claim and we need more s****ed people like him who take the best interest of the customer at heart. Thank you Mr Asanda Banoyi, you deserve a bells!!!</p>
