Great Claim Settlement Experience

You can only test the quality of your insurance when you have a claim. I had the experience of having had 3 lightning strike claims in one year. This made me feel like a horrible person and I must admit that even if the sky is only cloudy we now run and unplug all electronic appliances. In any event, for each claim the same agent (Riaz) assisted me to settle the claim through IWYZE. Both Riaz and Gavin from The Digital Experience went the extra mile and they both gave great service and made sure that my claim was settled speedily and that exactly the same equipment were sourced for the replacements. I have referred more customers to IWYZE and The Digital Experience and will continue to do so. What a pleasant experience to find this high level of service. I have already moved some of my other insurance to IWYZE and intend to move all my insurance needs to them. Bravo for excellent service.
