Great Attitude
I was very nervous having to put through a claim, after all, you do hear some horrible stories. <br> From the start Kelebogile (via FNB Direct) was helpful and answered all my queries, following up telephone conversations with emails and even escalating the matter to someone else when required.<br> It was not just her, but all the other staff I spoke to that were eager to help.<br> Thanks so much<br>
