I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to a lady by the name of Tshepang Mahodi that works for Iwyze. She managed the death claim I submitted.

Tshepang maintained complete professionalism, kindness and care throughout the claim process. Sometimes I was very frustrated and annoyed but she maintained the care she displayed telephonically and via email.

Her work ethic is outstanding. She knows the product and worked efficiently and effectively - keeping me in the loop with every step - and understanding my heartache and frustration.

THANK YOU for everything Tshepang. You followed process and managed to keep me calm when I wanted to throw my toys out of the cot.
