I'm so grateful to Mookho Puling who has been of great help in processing my claim. She did so within a few days, and this is the reason why this rating is so high; I in fact give her a 5-star rating. After she completed processing my claim, dealing with the person who handled the repairs process thereafter was quite frustrating as they ignored all emails.
