Good service from Zaina (Iwyze)

I was assisted by ZAINA MAFUYEKA who assisted me and went beyond her way to update me as I was in the dark (no proper updates from the insurance). Been frustrated as I always have to call only for to be hanged up while on waiting list. I was just one call from canceling the insurance but she assisted me greatly beyond doubt and appreciated her assistance. Old Mutual need more people like her to cater to clients and treat them as they ought not just chowing the premiums
