Good morning IWYZE Last weekend I was in an accident and I called reporting it. I was treated so badly by the lady who received my call and she one of the reason why am canceling my policy. Fortunately today I spoke to a very professional gentleman by the of Ronaldo when I was canceling my policy. He treated me with empathy, consideration and the way he spoke made me feel better from my trauma. Thank you Ronaldo may you continue to be like that to everyone you encounter with. Clients can be difficult but you guys don't have to act like them.
