Good morning, hope this finds you well. This serves to confirm an excellent service that I encountered with Keshia. Wow what a dedicated and client friendly employee, the way she was super patient with me as my phone was very slow left me feeling like I received the best customer care service and felt valued as a client. Keshia displayed a good conduct of Customer care in a form of Courtesy throughout the whole process of car self inspection. She is definitely an assert in the company. I'm greatful to have been served by such a caliber, people like her make us realise that there is still customer care in the service providers that we entrust with our needs as customers in general.
